IELTS Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IELTS Counsellor to guide students in their IELTS exam preparation and study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of IELTS requirements, and the ability to counsel students on test preparation strategies and educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling & Guidance

• Provide in-depth information about IELTS test formats (Academic & General) and scoring criteria.
• Assess students' English proficiency and suggest suitable preparation strategies.
• Assist students in selecting appropriate IELTS courses and study materials.
• Guide students through the IELTS registration process and test scheduling.

Career & Study Abroad Consultation

• Advise students on study abroad opportunities, visa processes, and university selection.
• Provide insights on the IELTS score requirements for different universities and countries.
• Address queries related to scholarships, application procedures, and admission criteria.

Follow-ups & Student Engagement

• Maintain student records and track their progress in IELTS preparation.
• Conduct follow-ups with students to ensure they stay motivated and on track.
• Organize workshops, webinars, and information sessions on IELTS and study abroad opportunities.

Administrative & Support Tasks

• Coordinate with trainers, students, and institutions to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain updated knowledge of IELTS test changes and international education policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,480.71 per month
