Position Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Trainee who can plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation. The candidate must have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a solid understanding of digital platforms and analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage social media pages, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research and assist in SEO strategies.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams for creatives and ad copies.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and competitor activities.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
  • 06-12 Months of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and performance marketing.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Freshers with digital marketing certifications and creativity are welcome.
