Job Description Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our consultancy. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle frontend, backend, and database development, and deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions for client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications (frontend + backend + database).
  • Build scalable and secure REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly UIs using modern frameworks.
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and optimization.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Maintain code quality, version control (Git), and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.

Key Skills

  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, / Angular /
  • Backend: , Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Version Control: Git/GitHub.
  • Deployment & DevOps: Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP (bonus: Docker, CI/CD).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (B.Tech, B.E., MCA,).
  • Candidates with proven practical full-stack development experience may also be considered, even without a formal degree.

Experience Required

  • 5 years (mid-level) or 8 years (senior level).
  • Must have worked on live projects or production-ready applications.

Selection Process

  • All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a technical test (via a third-party platform) before the interview.
  • Only candidates who clear the test will be considered for further rounds.

Work Type

  • Full-time / Remote (depending on project requirements).
  • Night shift availability may be required for client communication (if applicable).
