Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a FMCG Van Salesman located in the Greater Chennai Area. The FMCG Van Salesman will be responsible for delivering FMCG products to retailers, managing sales and distribution activities, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include route planning, inventory management, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, particularly in FMCG, and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Inventory management and route planning skills
  • Customer relationship management and strong communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling payments and accounts
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • High school diploma or equivalent
