Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Specialist Baker role based in Bengaluru. The Specialist Baker will be responsible for crafting high-quality Japanese-inspired baked goods, including soft bakes, cookies, cheese tarts, Ice creams and beverages. Daily responsibilities include preparing and measuring ingredients, managing the baking process, maintaining consistency in product quality, and upholding food safety standards. The Specialist Baker will also play an active role in innovating and experimenting with new recipes to expand the product lineup.

Qualifications and responsibilities -

• Expertise in Bakery techniques, including precision and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Baking and Food Preparation processes
• Strong understanding of texture-sensitive and low-temp baking methods.
• Specialized skills in making items like Cheese cakes and cheese tarts.
• Strong focus on quality control and maintaining food hygiene standards
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow recipe guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and maintain batch consistency.
• Experience in Japanese-inspired baking is very important.
• Formal training or certification in baking is preferred.
