Overview:

We seek a passionate Female Kabaddi Coach to lead our women's team, focusing on training, strategy, and empowering female athletes to excel in competitive kabaddi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead training programs to enhance skills (raiding, tackling) and fitness.
  • Develop match strategies and analyse opponents' gameplay.
  • Mentor players, fostering teamwork, discipline, and mental toughness.
  • Collaborate with trainers for fitness and injury prevention.
  • Manage team schedules and comply with league regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Physical Education or related field.
  • 3+ years coaching experience, ideally with female teams.
  • Strong knowledge of kabaddi techniques, strategy, and sports psychology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
