Role Overview:

We are hiring a full-time SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join our enterprise IAM team. This role begins with an initial 15 to 30 days onsite in Pune, India for onboarding and knowledge transfer, followed by relocation to Saudi Arabia for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ and a passion for building secure, scalable identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and governance.
  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems including AD, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, and cloud/SaaS applications.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and policies using BeanShell scripting and SailPoints policy engine.
  • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access certifications, and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM integration across platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot identity provisioning and synchronization issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and enforce IAM best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Proven expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
  • Proficient in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, access certification, and provisioning.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification.
  • Experience with other IAM tools such as Okta, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Note:

The onboarding process will require the candidate to be onsite in Pune, India for 15 to 30 days. . After successful onboarding, the role will transition to Saudi Arabia for permanent placement.
