We are now looking for an experienced
Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer
with
1.5 – 3 years of hands-on experience
in both backend and frontend technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes ownership of delivering clean, efficient, and scalable software solutions.

Your Role

In this full-time role, you will design, develop, and maintain web-based software applications from end to end - from crafting robust backends using .NET Core to building intuitive frontends using React or Angular. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure every product meets both technical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using
  .NET Framework / .NET Core
  for the backend.
• Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using
  React
  ,
  Angular
  , or similar frameworks.
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code while maintaining coding standards and best practices.
• Design and manage relational databases using
  SQL
  ; optimise queries and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and consume
  RESTful APIs
  for seamless system integration.
• Participate in all stages of the
  software development lifecycle
  , including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Write and maintain
  unit tests
  to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate within
  Agile/Scrum
  teams to plan, deliver, and continuously improve development processes.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimise application performance.
• Communicate effectively with international clients and team members to clarify requirements and provide progress updates.

Required Skills

• 1.5 – 3 years of professional experience as a
  Full Stack Developer
  or
  Software Engineer
  .
• Strong hands-on expertise with
  .NET Framework / .NET Core
  for backend development.
• Solid frontend development skills in
  React
  ,
  Angular
  , or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Good understanding of
  SQL
  , database design, and relational data modelling.
• Working knowledge of
  unit testing frameworks
  and test-driven development practices.
• Familiarity with
  RESTful APIs
  ,
  Git
  , and
  Agile/Scrum
  methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A
  proactive, ownership-driven attitude
  with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with
  CI/CD pipelines
  and build automation tools.
• Exposure to
  Azure
  or other cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of
  DevOps practices
  and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
