About the Role:

DMart Foundation, in partnership with the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC), has adopted three English Medium Schools for over 4 years under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Model to strengthen the quality of education.

We are looking for English Trainers who will train teachers in English language proficiency. In this role, you will help teachers enhance their English communication skills (spoken and written) and classroom confidence by delivering engaging training sessions and working closely with school leaders and the program team.

As an English Trainer you will be responsible for the following:

  1. To build English proficiency in teachers /trainee teachers through classroom training sessions.
  2. Make lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, and activities that support the learning goals.
  3. Check and track improvement in Teachers English level and give timely and periodic feedback.
  4. Improvement on Vocabulary, grammar, fluency to build confidence and communication skills.
  5. Act as a Mentor and Guide to encourage teachers in a positive and friendly way.
  6. Design support plans for students to improve their English proficiency as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Graduate/Post-Graduate.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in teaching English or English trainer roles.

Skills & Competencies

  1. Strong command on English Language.
  2. Familiar with interactive teaching methodologies.
  3. Ability to work independently.
  4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
