Job description

• Experience level 6-8 yrs. of ServiceNow Development experience.

• ServiceNow development experience with hands on experience on Workspace Service Delivery including - Configuration and Development: configurating and developing features within the WSD module,

including workflows for workspace service management.

• Process Knowledge: having knowledge of all key components within the WSD module like Case Management, Reservation Management, Visitor Management, Indoor Mapping, Spaces, Workplace Central, etc.

• Hands on experience on Client and Server-Side scripting, Workspace configurations and all types of Business Rules.

• Design, build and test ServiceNow enhancement stories.

• Good understanding of platform and core tables.

• Efficiency in writing and debugging code.

• Experienced working in an Agile environment


• Ability to support and mentor engineers with less experience
