We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEO Analyst to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in SEO who are eager to take ownership of strategies that boost online visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance search rankings. You will be responsible for both technical and content-driven SEO initiatives while leveraging advanced tools—including AI-powered platforms—to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted SEO strategies.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking structure to enhance visibility and user experience.
  • Technical SEO: Perform comprehensive site audits, resolve crawling and indexing issues, improve Core Web Vitals, and collaborate with developers for technical fixes.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators to craft search-friendly, conversion-oriented content and align with overall content marketing strategies.
  • Link Building & Outreach: Execute ethical, white-hat link acquisition campaigns to strengthen domain authority and drive referral traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using GA4, GTM, GSC, Looker Studio, and other SEO tools to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • CMS Management: Manage SEO configurations and optimizations across platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
  • AI-Driven Insights: Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity for keyword research, competitor analysis, content ideation, and process optimization.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain competitive and effective.
Desired Skills
  • 3 years of proven experience in SEO, Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, Google ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with technical SEO, site audits, and resolving performance issues.
  • Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP tracking.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and their SEO functionalities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • (Preferred) Certifications in Google Analytics or Google Ads; knowledge of PPC campaigns is a plus.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to structured data (Schema markup) and advanced technical SEO implementations.
  • Experience with AI-based automation for SEO workflows (content briefs, audits, reporting).
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting technical SEO issues.
