Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and Adani standards.
  • • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
  • • Provide safety training and inductions to employees, contractors, and visitors to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • • Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate safety practices into project planning and execution.
  • • Maintain accurate safety records and reports for internal and external use.
  • • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the Safety field within the Real Estate industry.
  • Precast experience is must
  • • Demonstrated track record of implementing and managing safety programs and initiatives.
  • • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations

Education Qualification:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
