Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and Adani standards.
- • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- • Provide safety training and inductions to employees, contractors, and visitors to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- • Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate safety practices into project planning and execution.
- • Maintain accurate safety records and reports for internal and external use.
- • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.
Qualifications
Experience:
- • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the Safety field within the Real Estate industry.
- Precast experience is must
- • Demonstrated track record of implementing and managing safety programs and initiatives.
- • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
Education Qualification:
- • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
