Trainers- BFSI

These positions are contractual on-site role for BFSI trainer and Soft Skills trainers

Responsibilities- BFSI Trainer

• Training final year candidates in content developed under BFSI sector
• Maintaining regular attendance of students on LMS platform
• Conduct regular assessment of the students to track there learning of the course
• Should be ready to take up any responsibility given then and there during the course of contractual period

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Accounting or Finance) or MBA degree
• Minimum 3-4 years of teaching or training experience
• Should have strong presentation skills and Communication abilities
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles
• Strong understanding of NGO/CSR working and reporting is a plus

Responsibilities- Soft Skills Trainer

This is a contractual on-site role for a Soft-Skill Trainer located in Warangal (Telangana). The Soft-Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on various life skills, soft skills, and communication techniques. The trainer will also develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching to enhance the presentation and interpersonal skills of participants. The role involves continuous assessment and feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Training & Development and facilitating life skills workshops
• Expertise in teaching Soft Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles
• Bachelor's degree in education, Psychology, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
