Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote SkilledB NEET Academy's coaching programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting schools and tuition centers, and converting student and parent inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote NEET courses.
  • Conduct field campaigns, seminars, and awareness sessions about NEET preparation.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and references.
  • Explain course details, features, and benefits to students and parents.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, visits, and conversions.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for local promotions and events.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum qualification: Any Degree (Marketing background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales or educational marketing.
  • Good communication and convincing skills in Tamil and English.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with schools and parents.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Salary:

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,408.88 per month
