Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Achievement
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance of the region and take corrective actions when required.
- Distributor Management
- Appoint, develop, and strengthen distributor networks.
- Ensure timely supply, credit management, and collection of outstanding payments.
- Market Development
- Identify new market opportunities and expand product penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Team Leadership
- Set individual targets and review team performance regularly.
- Guide the team in handling objections, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Business Operations
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
- Coordinate with supply chain for product availability and timely dispatches.
- Submit monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
