Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Nagpur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting skilledUp's training programs. The individual will manage communication with clients, provide detailed program information, and assist clients in selecting suitable courses. Additional tasks include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and client relationship management
- Ability to analyze customer needs and present suitable products or services
- Experience in customer engagement and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
