1. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:
  • Act as a hands-on developer, building advanced machine learning and AI-driven models within complex data ecosystems.
  • Develop descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive models with strong technical rigor to address critical business challenges.
  • Apply advanced statistical modeling, causal inference, and data analytics techniques to deliver actionable insights.
  • Work across end-to-end data engineering workflows to support model development, data preparation, and scalable pipelines.
  • Enhance experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, synthetic control methodologies, and incrementality testing, to accurately measure business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with data engineers and machine learning engineers to scale, automate, and deploy models into production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
2. What You Bring to the Table:
  • 4–10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc.).
  • Master's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (preferred).
  • Proven expertise in predictive modeling, causal inference, and model optimization.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, evaluation metrics, and performance measurement techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI).
  • Experience working with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and causality-driven measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, validate, and deploy scalable models in production environments.
3. You should possess the ability to:
  • Clearly articulate complex statistical and machine learning concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Influence strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Work independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong attention to detail and scientific rigor.
  • Troubleshoot model performance, optimize pipelines, and maintain high-quality standards across the ML lifecycle.
