We're Hiring: MERN Stack Developer (On-site | Indore)

Location: Indore (Only candidates currently residing in Indore are eligible)

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Eligible Batches: 2024–2025 (B.Tech CS, BCA, MCA, BSc CS)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months

Essential Requirement: Strong communication skills & ability to work independently

About the Role

If you have solid experience with Redux and have developed at least two complete MERN projects independently, this opportunity is tailored for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Use Redux for efficient and scalable state management
  • Optimize application performance and ensure smooth deployments
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance UI/UX and backend processes
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
  • Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on MERN Stack experience
  • Mandatory: At least 2 full MERN projects built independently
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • MongoDB
  • Proficient in:
  • Redux
  • JavaScript
  • REST API development
  • Git / Version Control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

  • You are not a 2024–2025 pass-out
