Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Content Editing & Production
  • Edit raw footage into polished short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Maintain a clean, engaging, and brand-consistent editing style.
  • Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
  • Creative Conceptualization
  • Contribute ideas for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and storytelling-based content around:
  • Entrepreneurship lessons from the book
  • Behind the scenes of the book-writing journey
  • Author insights, learnings, and knowledge capsules
  • Help shape scripts, hooks, and visual concepts to improve viewer retention.
  • Brand Styling & Consistency
  • Follow brand guidelines for colors, fonts, tone, and overall theme.
  • Ensure every edit aligns with the purpose of the content — educational, inspiring, or storytelling.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms.
  • File & Asset Management
  • Organize all footage, project files, and exports within a structured drive folder system.
  • Maintain version control and keep regular backups updated.
  • Publishing Coordination
  • Collaborate with the content and social media team to maintain a posting calendar.
  • Deliver final edits at least 24 hours before the scheduled post date.
  • Provide videos in all required formats — Reel (9:16), YouTube (16:9), and Square (1:1).
  • Quality Control
  • Ensure all edits are original — no plagiarism, templates, or copyrighted music.
  • Maintain authenticity and creativity using only approved editing tools (no AI video generators).
  • Perform thorough quality checks for sound, captions, resolution, and narrative flow before submission.
  • Performance Tracking (Basic)
  • Track video metrics (views, retention, engagement) to understand performance trends.
  • Suggest content and editing improvements based on data insights.
