What you'll do here:


• Develop and maintain software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework, incorporating .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC for scalable and efficient solutions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear design specifications.


• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable C# code following best practices.


• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team growth and code quality.


• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.


• Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems using modern .NET technologies.


• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and performance.


• Keep up to date with industry trends and evolving best practices in .NET development.
• Assist in deploying generative AI models and LLM-powered applications to production environments.


• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed.

What you will need to thrive:


• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer (.NET/.NET Core) or in a similar role.
• Proficient in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC frameworks.


• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.


• Experience with software development methodologies and industry best practices.


• Solid knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.


• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.


• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.


• Flexibility to manage changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Education:


• Any graduation / Post graduation with 4+ Years of experience in Dot Net. Core
