What You'll Build


Core Platform Features:

  • AI-powered resume parsing and scoring engine
  • Real-time video interview system with ML-driven insights
  • Intelligent candidate matching algorithms
  • Recruiter dashboards with actionable analytics
  • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture serving global enterprises


Tech Stack You'll Work With:

  • Backend:
    Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
  • Frontend:
    , TypeScript, TailwindCSS,
  • AI/ML:
    OpenAI GPT-4, Weaviate (Vector DB), Custom ML models
  • Infrastructure:
    Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Cloudflare
  • Video:
    LiveKit, WebRTC for real-time communications

What We're Looking For


Must-Have Skills:

  • 3-6 years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong expertise in Python/FastAPI and
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RESTful APIs
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, event-driven architecture)


Bonus Points:

  • AI/ML integration experience (OpenAI, Hugging Face)
  • Video streaming or WebRTC experience
  • Previous SaaS or HRTech experience
  • DevOps skills (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
