We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Define enterprise testing strategies, frameworks, and governance models.
- Lead large-scale testing programs and automation deliveries.
- Oversee performance testing and quality engineering initiatives.
- Integrate DevSecOps and AI-driven testing methodologies into delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with business and technical leaders to ensure end-to-end quality.
- Mentor test leads and teams, promoting continuous learning and innovation.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Deep expertise in international banking, payments and non-payments systems.
- In-depth knowledge of microservices, APIs, and automation.
- Expert-level SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Advanced expertise in Agile project delivery and Jira-based reporting.
- Proven success implementing large-scale automation frameworks.
- Good to have knowledge on performance testing.
- Hands-on coding requires the creation of a working code or to fix some flawed code
- Strong experience integrating QA with CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of AI-driven QA tools and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with Postman/Insomnia, TOSCA, Selenium, xFramework, Jenkins, DevOps, GitHub, JMeter, LoadRunner, SQL Developer, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, AI-based QA tools
