We are looking for a dynamic MIS Executive to join our team. If you have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel, this role is for you.

What Youll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic MIS dashboards and automated reports using Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Manage and query data from multiple sourcesdatabases, spreadsheets, ERP systems—to consolidate key insights.
  • Build efficient ETL pipelines and perform data validation/cleaning.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into structured deliverables, aligning reports with business metrics and KPIs.
  • Continuously improve existing processes to enhance accuracy, scalability, and turnaround time.
  • Present insights through clear visualizations and engage with stakeholders across functions for effective collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics/Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and present data-driven insights.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related fields.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Python: Strong coding ability, experience with data libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy), scripting, and automation.
  • SQL: Advanced querying skills, database design understanding, and data manipulation expertise.
  • Excel: Proficient in pivot tables, formula optimization, macros, and automation techniques.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to present data in meaningful ways via tables, charts, and reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset to tackle data-related business challenges.
  • Communication: Comfortable conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
