Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical industry to lead and execute social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, running targeted advertising campaigns, and ensuring brand visibility across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Instagram. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in event management to enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Manage and optimize company presence across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns for pharma products.
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with brand goals and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and discussions to build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Organize and manage events, webinars, and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical advertising regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in social media management and advertising, specifically in the pharma industry.
  • Proven expertise in Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, and Instagram for marketing and engagement.
  • Strong experience in social media advertising for pharmaceutical products.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices in the pharma sector.
  • Excellent communication, content creation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in event management for brand promotions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing would be a plus.
