Role Overview

ISIEINDIA is looking for a skilled EV Electrician to support EV training programs and hands-on lab activities. The role involves working on electric vehicle systems, wiring, diagnostics, and assisting in practical training aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of EV electrical systems
  • Support practical sessions for EV electrician / technician training programs
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and manuals
  • Ensure electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and lab discipline
  • Assist in maintenance of EV workbenches, tools, and training equipment
  • Report faults, repairs, and maintenance activities as per process

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrician / Electrical (EV preferred)
  • 1+ year experience in EVs, electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, or EV service centers
  • Knowledge of:
  • EV wiring & harnesses
  • Battery pack & BMS basics
  • Chargers (AC/DC), controllers, motors
  • Electrical tools & testing equipment
  • Basic understanding of EV safety procedures and insulation practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
