Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Wiring Harness Department

Location: Yeswanthpur, Bengaluru

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for wiring harness products.
  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the EV, solar, and automotive sectors.
  • Manage existing customer accounts with a focus on relationship building, retention, and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
  • Assist in leading client negotiations, preparing proposals, and ensuring competitive pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to deliver customized wiring harness solutions.
  • Track performance against sales targets, providing regular reports to management.
  • Mentor junior sales team members where required and support coordination of sales activities.
  • Attend industry-related trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent Mecwin.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales/business development within the Wiring Harness industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of technical product sales; background in automotive/Solar/EV domains will be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage client accounts and balance multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and exposure to CRM/reporting software.
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
