Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support and enhance PTC Servigistics Service Parts Management (SPM) and Informatica systems within a global Aftermarket Service Parts environment. This role is pivotal in supporting Forecasting, Planning, and Global Pricing functionsnot in a development or ETL-specialist capacity, but through close collaboration with business teams and a strong foundation in systems analysis.

You will be responsible for managing change requests, resolving production issues, and overseeing development releases, all while ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full project lifecycle tasks (investigate, analyze, design, test) for small to medium change requests and maintenance releases.
  • Support and integrate enterprise applications using ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across North & South America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries; analyze and troubleshoot data issues using SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Coordinate and support user testing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT change management processes and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Interact regularly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and deliver system solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar IT role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Servigistics Service Parts Management (SPM).
  • 3+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably with SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, S3 buckets, Azure, or GCP).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of interacting with IT and business teams at various levels.
