Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Estimator for an on-site, full-time position located in Jharsuguda. The Junior Estimator will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of project cost estimates. Day-to-day tasks include gathering project-related data, analyzing costs, preparing detailed cost breakdowns, and collaborating with senior estimators and project teams to ensure project feasibility. This role requires accuracy and attention to detail, along with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative skills, particularly in cost analysis, budget preparation, and estimation methods
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Familiarity with OPWD SOR & AOR
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders effectively
• Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a time-sensitive environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards is an advantage
• Previous experience or internship in estimation or a related role is preferred
