Job Description:-

i) Overseeing Plant operation for GCC (Ground Calcium Carbonate) & Wollastonite (Calcium Meta Silicate) Mineral processing

ii) Overseeing Maintenance activities of Mills

iii) Managing Timely dispatches for achieving Sales target.

iv) Having good knowledge in sample Testing procedures and quality control

v) Well versed as Techno-Commercial, Budgeting, MIS & Administration of the plant.

DGM/ GM OPERATION (As a 2nd Line to Unit Head)- Under Succession plan

  • Experience & Knowledge-
  • Candidate should have 20 to 25 years of total experience
  • Out of total experience, at least 6-7 years- experience should be in handling a unit independently.
  • Candidates should possess good communication & presentation skill.
