About the Role:
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong technical expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on coding skills with a solid understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and software engineering principles to deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and pipelines using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Build and manage end-to-end ML systems, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Apply MLOps best practices to automate model deployment, testing, versioning, and continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with data engineering and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of ML solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization for production-grade ML systems.
- Maintain and improve data quality, reliability, and governance within the ML lifecycle.
- Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles CI/CD, model monitoring, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with data engineering tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas, Spark, Airflow, or Dataflow).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for ML deployment.
- Strong grasp of software engineering practices version control (Git), testing frameworks, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable ML solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.
