Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Graphic Designer role based in Pune. The role involves creating visually appealing graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and brand assets. The designer will work closely with marketing and content teams, maintain brand consistency, adapt designs for multiple formats, and bring fresh creative ideas to improve visual communication. The role also includes presenting design concepts and helping streamline day-to-day design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics for social media, ads, websites, and branded content.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives.
  • Adapt and repurpose designs for various platforms and formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to execute briefs.
  • Stay updated on design trends and propose creative improvements.
  • Present ideas clearly and support workflow enhancements in the design process.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (in-house, agency, or freelance).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and digital-first design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and respond to feedback constructively.
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Media, or completion of a certified design course.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies would be a plus

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to understand problems.
  • Ability to define task estimates, timelines, and alternate solutions
  • Delivering within timelines
  • Methodical and well-organized

1-3 years of experience.
