Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter with excellent English communication skills and strong cold-calling experience for the US market. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and able to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Experience in IT sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to US prospects
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain daily call logs and reports
  • Follow communication scripts and ensure quality conversations
  • Achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling / outbound calling
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in US sales process
  • IT sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle objections and build report
