Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager – Learning & Development will be responsible for delivering technology-based learning programs, conducting hands-on training sessions, and supporting capacity-building initiatives across partner institutions. The role requires both academic and technical expertise in the Electronics domain along with a passion for teaching, mentoring students, and promoting industry-aligned learning outcomes. Frequent travel to academic institutions across India will be an integral part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Facilitation

  • Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for students in areas such as Electronics, IoT, Embedded Systems and related technologies.
  • Deliver Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and mentoring sessions to strengthen teaching capabilities in partner institutions.
  • Support students' learning journey through assessments, project guidance, and career-oriented mentoring.

2. Program Implementation

  • Execute learning and development initiatives across institutions under the guidance of the L&D Head.
  • Ensure effective rollout of industry-integrated programs and certification courses.

3. Academic & Industry Collaboration

  • Engage with industry experts and technology partners to enhance training content and methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies and real-world applications into learning modules.

4. Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learner performance reports.
  • Contribute to the development of e-learning content and support LMS operations.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: M.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Embedded Systems / Instrumentation or equivalent specialization.
  • Experience: Experience in technical training, academic teaching, or learning & development roles (preferably in EdTech or academic partnership settings).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong subject knowledge in core and emerging areas of Electronics.
  • Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India for training and institutional engagements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LMS tools, and virtual training platforms.
  • Good planning, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
