Role Objective Lead all aspects of video content creation—ideation, shooting, editing, and delivery—to express BSOUL's brand identity, story, and product experience. Develop compelling product films, campaign ads, lifestyle stories, and social media videos for multi-platform, high-impact distribution. Pioneer new formats (e.g., CGI, AI-enhanced video, 3D animation) to elevate engagement with innovative visual techniques. Key Responsibilities Creative Direction: Define and execute the creative vision for all video assets—product, branding, ads, tutorials, and website videos, product listing video campaigns and social media.Ensure strong alignment with brand guidelines, aesthetic standards, and digital strategy. Video Production: Lead pre-production planning, framing, lighting, and shooting for product, lifestyle, and story-driven video.Direct on-set and remote shoots, collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams. Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. Apply colour grading, sound design, transitions, and effects to elevate storytelling and impact. Innovative Visuals: Utilize 3D modelling, CGI, and AI-powered tools to produce immersive brand films, product animations, and motion graphics. Integrate new technology to streamline workflow and spark unique visual ideas. Content Strategy: Develop ideas and scripts for product launches, brand films, social media reels, and campaigns geared for web, marketplace, and retail. Optimize all assets for engagement and conversion across D2C and international platforms. Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive and recognizable video language for BSOUL, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging. Mentorship & Teamwork: Mentor junior videographers/designers, sharing best practices and supervising collaborative projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. Project Management: Handle multiple projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and creative briefs are met. Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of advances in videography, video editing, 3D animation, CGI, and AI-driven content production. Skills Required Proven experience (5+ years) as a videographer, video editor or lead creative in consumer, lifestyle, or D2C brands. Exceptional portfolio showcasing video campaigns, product films, social media content, and creative storytelling. Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Experienced in shooting studio and outdoor video, with mastery in lighting, composition, and camera operation. Knowledge of 3D modelling and CGI animation (Blender, Cinema4D, Adobe Dimension, Maya, etc.). Familiarity with AI-powered video and design workflows. Skills in basic photography for product and lifestyle shoots. Strong sense of narrative, pacing, and emotion in video storytelling. Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership. Track record of managing creative projects in high-growth environments. Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Fine Arts, Design, or related field. Preference for NIFT/Pearl Institute alumni.
