We are hiring for Sales & Service Engineer

Location - Central Delhi, Delhi NCR, Varanasi, Lucknow, Noida, Karnal, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Tezpur, Howrah, Siliguri

NOTE - This role includes sales and service both, someone looking for service role only, please don't apply.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

  • Handle customer queries, issues, escalations, and delivery management for lithium batteries, installations, and product feedback.
  • Coordinate with CFT teams to ensure active involvement in resolving issues related to Lithium Batteries, BMS, IoT, and chargers.
  • Provide sales support, develop CRM tools, and manage service issue tracking and resolution.
  • Maintain client relations, participate in expos, conduct market research, and support promotional activities.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and oversee sales & service team handling.
  • Prepare service documents and visit reports for service engineers.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team for Purchase Orders (PO) and quotation generation.
