Job Responsibilities

  • Full office, showroom, factory cabin, and pantry cleaning & dusting daily (sweeping, swabbing, glass cleaning, toilet cleaning)
  • Serving tea/coffee/biscuits/water to staff, owners, clients, and visitors (morning round at 10:30 AM & evening round at 4:30 PM)
  • Filling RO water bottles and keeping water cans full for all staff
  • Going to nearby banks daily or as required for: – Cash deposit & withdrawal – Cheque deposit & collection – DD/RTGS/NEFT challan submission – Passbook updating – Any other bank-related work
  • Collecting and delivering courier/parcels (DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post)
  • Photocopying, scanning, spiral binding, and filing documents
  • Purchasing pantry items (milk, tea, sugar, biscuits, disposable glasses) from nearby market
  • Helping accountant/sales team in small outside work (paying electricity bill, GST challan, etc.)
  • Keeping pantry and toilet stock maintained (phenyl, harpic, handwash, tissue, etc.)
  • Assisting in moving files, samples, or light material inside office/factory whenever required
  • Any other work assigned by management or seniors

Requirements

  • Minimum 10th pass
  • Age: 18–30 years
  • At least 1–3 years experience as Office Boy/Peon in any factory, trading, or manufacturing company
  • Honest, punctual, and well-behaved
  • Good knowledge of nearby banks and market
  • Should be physically fit and energetic
  • Basic Hindi speaking & understanding (English not compulsory)

Preferred (not compulsory)

  • Own bike + valid driving licence (for bank & outside work)
  • Candidates staying within 8–10 km of factory preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
