Role Overview

We are looking for a
Graphic Designer

who can bring ideas to life through impactful visuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs into engaging communication pieces. You'll be working closely with the creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to design for events, digital campaigns, branding, and integrated marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design visual communication materials for print, digital, and on-ground campaigns.
  • Develop layouts, graphics, and visual assets for event branding, social media, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and account managers to develop cohesive campaign ideas.
  • Translate brand guidelines and client requirements into visually appealing outputs.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to quality, brand consistency, and project deadlines.
  • Adapt and resize existing creatives for various formats and media.
  • Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools relevant to marketing and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or event agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Understanding of print production processes, event branding, and digital asset specifications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative attitude with openness to feedback and iteration.
