Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive AI enthusiast who can leverage AI tools to produce high-impact content across writing, design, and create videos for Castler. Your work will drive clear communication of complex escrow/transaction banking products, build trust with enterprise businesses, and amplify the Castler brand via digital channels.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Writing (AI-powered): Develop compelling content (scripts, blogs, social media posts, product copy) that simplifies complex product concepts, using AI tools for drafting, iteration, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Design & Visual Storytelling (AI-enabled): Create impactful visuals, graphics, and infographics by applying AI-driven design platforms to illustrate workflows, architecture, and compliance processes.
  • Video Production & Campaigns (AI-assisted): Create end-to-end video productionincluding demos, explainers, product walkthroughs, and campaignswhile enhancing speed and quality through AI-powered editing and generation tools.
  • Branding & Messaging (AI-integrated): Maintain a consistent, credible brand voice across all channels by embedding AI into content, design, and video workflows, in collaboration with product, design, engineering, teams.
  • Performance Optimization (AI-analytics): Track and analyze content performance using AI-enabled insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and amplify reach.
  • Cost & Resource Efficiency (AI-driven): Optimize costs and resources by leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks and maximize creative productivity
  • Continuous Learning (AI Specialist role): Stay ahead of emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices to strengthen expertise and act as the in-house AI Specialist.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should possess a natural business acumen, understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics, and a strong sense of customer success.

  • Must have 2+ years of relevant experience in creative content for B2B marketing using AI, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong experience using AI tools for writing, design, and video creation
  • Good design sense visual layout, infographics, data visualization.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding fintech trends, regulations, and audience needs is a plus
  • Location: Delhi. This is a 100% WFO (Work from Office) role
