About the Company

We are a UK-based ecommerce business specializing in computer hardware, peripherals, and custom-built Gaming PCs. We sell across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay, with Gaming PCs being a key growth focus of the business.

We are expanding our India team and are looking for a commercially-minded Ecommerce & Growth Manager to own and scale sales of our Gaming PC range across all platforms.

About the Role

This is a growth and revenue-focused role, not a marketplace admin or VA position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, improving conversion, and increasing profitability of Gaming PCs across Amazon, Shopify, and eBay.

Operational marketplace tasks (e.g. Amazon claims, violations, seller support tickets) are handled separately, allowing this role to focus on strategy, optimization, and growth.

You will work closely with the founder and wider team to define platform strategy and execute improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gaming PC Growth & Commercial Ownership
  • Own revenue growth for custom-built Gaming PCs across Amazon, Shopify, and eBay
  • Define Gaming PC positioning (entry-level, mid-range, high-end)
  • Decide which PC builds to priorities by platform
  • Work with pricing, bundles, and margins to maximize contribution profit
  • Listings & Conversion Optimization
  • Optimize Gaming PC product listings for conversion and trust
  • Improve titles, images, bullet points, and descriptions across platforms
  • Create and manage Amazon A+ Content for Gaming PCs
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all sales channels Advertising & Demand Generation
  • Plan and manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands)
  • Allocate ad spend based on margin and performance targets
  • Identify when performance issues are due to listings, reviews, or traffic
  • Coordinate promotional activity across platforms where appropriate
  • Reviews, Trust & Buyer Confidence
  • Improve product review velocity using Amazon-compliant strategies
  • Work with Shopify post-purchase flows to increase reviews
  • Strengthen buyer trust through warranty, QA, and delivery messaging
  • Cross-Platform Coordination
  • Manage Gaming PC listings across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
  • Understand platform-specific buyer behavior and adapt strategy
  • Ensure pricing and positioning alignment where required
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Track and report key metrics: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, margins, and ad efficiency
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to improve customer experience
  • What This Role Is NOT
  • Handling Amazon A-to-Z claims or account health violations
  • Managing Seller Central tickets or platform compliance issues
  • General admin, data entry, or VA-style tasks

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 3+ years experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or growth-focused roles
  • Experience working with high-AOV products
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion and customer psychology
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon product listings and Amazon Ads
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of margins and profitability
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in electronics, gaming, PCs, or technical products
  • Shopify experience (product pages, CRO, post-purchase flows)
  • Experience with Amazon A+ Content
  • Personal interest in gaming or PC hardware
