Syniti Developer

Role Overview
The Syniti MDM Developer will play a critical role in the technical execution of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives using the Syniti ADMM platform. Based in India, this role will focus on hands-on configuration, development, data migration, performance tuning, and support of platform operations. The developer will work closely with the MDM team to ensure technical deliverables align with business requirements and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the Syniti ADMM platform to meet business and data governance requirements.
• Design, build, and migrate data using Syniti MDM, ensuring alignment with SAP transformation goals.
• Use Syniti's Construct module for data enrichment and workflow development.
• Create MDM task orchestration and approval workflows to support future data creation and editing processes.
• Implement and monitor data quality rules and remediation processes to ensure high data integrity.
• Collaborate with the MDM team to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data quality, integration, and platform performance.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM.
• Strong understanding of MDM, data migration, transformation, and data quality.
• Experience with SAP master data domains is preferred.
• Proficiency with Syniti modules including Construct, Transform, and Match/Merge, Data Quality, MDM task orchestration and approvals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
