Your Role What Youll Do:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for US healthcare clients
  • Resolve queries with professionalism & empathy
  • Maintain accurate call logs and follow standard processes
  • Achieve targets on quality, accuracy & customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and contribute to team goals
  • Upsell or cross-sell services (when required)

Who Can Apply?

  • 12th Pass / Intermediate or Graduates from any stream
  • Freshers with excellent English communication skills
  • Prior BPO experience will be an added advantage
  • Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, BCA, Hotel Management, and other specialized/technical degrees
  • Must have a valid PAN Card during the hiring process
