and drive operational efficiency. Our software leverages cutting-edge AI, NLP, and

data science to extract meaningful insights from vast amounts of structured and

unstructured workforce data. As part of our new AI team, you will have the opportunity to

work on real-world AI applications, contribute to innovative NLP solutions, and gain

experience in building AI-driven products from the ground up.

Required Skills & Qualification

This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents capable of interacting with structured and unstructured data, enabling autonomous workflows in manufacturing and quality operations.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement full-stack solutions for Agentic AI applications, integrating real-time and historical data to support autonomous decision-making.  Design and deploy intelligent agents using frameworks such as LangChain, leveraging LLMs for document authoring, search, and recommendation tasks.

- Build scalable, secure, and compliant chatbot interfaces

- Develop robust data pipelines using Python, Snowflake SQL, and AWS-native services.

- Integrate Neo4j and vector databases to support semantic search and contextual reasoning.

- Utilize Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock, and other cloud platforms to deploy scalable AI services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into intelligent automation solutions.

- Ensure systems meet regulatory and operational standards and document architecture and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML and LLM-based systems.

- Advanced proficiency in Python

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex.

- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, and semantic search.

• Experience with embedding-based search systems.

- Familiarity with Neo4j, GraphRAG, and graph data science.

- Proficiency in Azure AI, AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS), GCP.

- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.

- Skilled in building scalable APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and integrating with enterprise systems.

Enterprise Application Experience

- Development of intelligent agents for document retrieval and generation for large scale enterprise solutions.

-    Copilot Studio agent creation and deployment.

AI Governance & Ethics

- Awareness of ethical AI principles including fairness, transparency, privacy, and responsible model integration.

- Experience in regulated industries with understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA Part 11, GMP).

Leadership & Collaboration

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, data, and engineering domains.

- Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving technical workshops and PoCs.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
