Job Title: Furniture Draughtsman

Experience Required: 2 – 3 years

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Furniture Draughtsman with hands-on experience in preparing accurate, production-ready drawings for furniture projects, including modular wardrobes, kitchens, and loose furniture. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have a strong understanding of furniture joinery, materials, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings of furniture designs using AutoCAD.
• Translate conceptual sketches and design briefs into precise technical drawings suitable for production.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure drawings are practical and accurate.
• Maintain and update drawings as per design changes or project requirements.
• Verify dimensions, materials, and hardware specifications in drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and client specifications.
• Assist in preparing material take-offs and production documentation.
• Review shop drawings and provide technical inputs for smooth production.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Strong knowledge of furniture joinery, finishes, and materials.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create detailed technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in interior furniture projects is a plus.

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Mechanical Drafting, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
