Desired Experience Range

  • 10+ years of experience in OpenText Exstream

Must-Have Competencies

  • Strong understanding of OpenText Exstream 16.x architecture
  • Experience in integration design with other systems including data mapping, validation, and normalization
  • Hands-on expertise with Design Manager, Designer, and Live Editor
  • Proficient in designing and developing documents and business forms using OpenText Exstream
  • Skilled in document design and Exstream Admin functions including styles, images, input/output formats (PDF, AFP, HTML, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of JSON, XSLT, and XML schema
  • Ability to coordinate and perform unit, integration, and functional acceptance testing
  • Experience debugging dynamic content, responsive design, and integration challenges in production
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes for code build and deployment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication
  • BFS domain experience in Personal, Commercial, or Business Banking
  • Agile/SAFe project experience

Good-to-Have Competencies

  • Familiarity with Java and SQL (preferably DB2 SQL syntax)
  • Experience working with JIRA

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

  • 3–6 years of experience with OpenText Exstream Composition software, including design, development, and implementation

  • Ability to work independently on complex problems within areas of expertise

  • Experience managing technically complex projects

  • Knowledge of agile testing processes and methodologies

  • Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies

  • Understanding of applicable standards and best practices
