Office Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Pay: As per Industry Standards + Incentives

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant. The ideal candidate should be able to convert client inquiries into bookings while also handling backend travel operations smoothly. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction as well as execution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads into bookings

Communicate effectively with clients via calls, meetings and emails

Understand client budgets & preferences to create tailor-made itineraries

Provide expert guidance on destinations, packages, flights, hotels & visas

Handle end-to-end travel operations – flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers & activities

Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for smooth execution of trips

Ensure timely documentation – visa, insurance, vouchers, confirmations

Manage changes, cancellations or special client requests efficiently

Maintain reports & records of bookings and client interactions

Key Requirements

Proven experience in travel trade (domestic/international)

Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills

Knowledge of GDS OR booking portals (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to multitask and manage both client-facing & backend tasks

Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
