Job Title: Assistant Bartender

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Bartender to join our team As an Assistant Bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. If you're passionate about mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and take drink orders promptly and accurately.

  2. Mix and serve drinks according to recipes or customer preferences.

  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.

  4. Check customer IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.

  5. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and fulfilling their requests.

  6. Operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately.

  7. Handle minor customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

  8. Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

  9. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

  10. Monitor and manage beverage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.

  11. Prepare garnishments and maintain knowledge of new drink recipes and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Good stamina and multitasking skills

  • Knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and spirits

  • Ability to work under pressure

What We Offer:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
