We are hiring a Female Telecaller for our office. If you can speak clearly, handle customers without drama, follow scripts, and hit daily call targets, you'll fit in. If you can't stay consistent or avoid pressure, don't apply.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
  • Follow scripts and convert leads into appointments/sales
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM properly (no sloppy data entry)
  • Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets without excuses

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English as required)
  • Confident on phone, not shy or hesitant
  • Must be punctual and consistent — we don't entertain frequent leaves
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Work From Office only
  • Freshers can apply if they speak well

Work Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Baguiati, Kolkata
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timing: 9.45 AM to 6.45 PM
  • Salary: 10,000 to 25,000 In Hand + incentives
