Duties & Responsibilities:

• Should be aware of standard business processes.
• Should understand the Enterprise structure mapping.
• Should have good knowledge of their core SAP module.
• Should understand the integration of all SAP modules and integration with third-party software.
• Should be aware of data migration strategies and upload techniques/tools.
• Should be aware of the latest technology/functional upgrades in SAP.
• Should be able to guide and get solutions from networks and sources.
• Should be able to suggest and apply best practices.
• Should be able to plan and schedule the project in detail and prepare the project budget.
• Should be able to drive the project in line with the baseline schedule and within the approved budget.
• Should be able to identify risk factors and take timely actions to mitigate risks.
• Should be able to monitor the project closely, prepare rolling plans, and in case of variance, should be able to take preventive/corrective actions to put the project on schedule/bring it under control.
• Should be able to lead the team, motivate the team to achieve project goals and milestones as planned.
• Should be able to coordinate with the client project manager, client team, HBT onsite team, HBT offshore team, and set up a review mechanism to report progress to the Steering Committee and seek timely decisions/support to address concern areas and challenges.
• Should be able to identify change management objectives, devise methodology, and effectively apply them to get the desired outputs.
• Should be able to deliver project deliverables as planned and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
• Should be able to identify business opportunities/CR opportunities and facilitate closing them with the client.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate – Engineering/Science/Commerce

Preferred age group: 36 yrs to 45 yrs

Location: Ready to work in any location in India & abroad

Essential Requirement:

• SAP Experience: 8 to 15 years
• E2E Implementation Projects: At least 5 E2E implementation projects handled independently
• GST Implementation Projects: At least 1 GST implementation project handled independently
• Projects Handled as Project Coordinator/Project Manager: Handled at least 2 E2E implementation projects

Desirable Requirement:

• Degree: Post Graduate/MBA/CA
• Certifications: SAP certification, PMP certification
• Domain Experience: 3 to 5 years
• Industry Experience: Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure industry
