Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Freelance Academic Associate to support our student enrollment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring successful registration. This role is best suited for individuals with strong communication, networking, and sales skills who can work independently and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote academic programs and courses to prospective students through online/offline channels.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding admission procedures, eligibility, and course details.
  • Generate, follow up, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team and provide timely updates on student inquiries.
  • Assist students in completing application forms and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and student communities.
  • Achieve assigned admission/enrollment targets within the timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).
  • Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, or sales will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and student outreach activities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work on commission-based incentives.
