The Team:

The position is part of the Data Partnership group within Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) for Credit Solutions under the Risk & Valuations business line.

The Impact:

In this role, you will serve as a data partner, supporting in key initiatives aligned with EDO's strategy to enhance growth, accelerate delivery, and make data future ready.

This role involves collaborating and interfacing directly with a diverse group of data operations, stewardship, product, technology, legal, risk & compliance, support groups and commercial partners during various stages of the project life cycle. The role will report into Director, Data Partnership that also demands all round end-to-end involvement right from the foundational aspects of new data collection processes to strengthening existing mature capabilities to scale.

Responsibilities:


•    Discover, engage, evaluate, assess 3rd party vendors for outsourcing opportunities to strengthen the dataset and product offering

•    Perform needed R&D exercises to support strategic data ingestion and curation projects

•    Coordinate & partner with product team to build/enhance front end products offering and commercialize data capabilities to meet customer demand


•    Become a Subject Matter Expert for the dataset within the domain with deep rooted knowledge of the data structures, content collection tools, loaders, feeds, workflow design, data pipelines and client interfaces – MI, CIQ, Xpressfeed, Market Place & other end points.

•    Engage with clients facilitated by Relationship Managers/Account Managers/Client Operations to address their research needs

•    Ensure detailed documentation, notes and necessary training material along with training sessions for reference and replay purposes for all major release items

•    Follow escalations and SOS channels (P1 Bugs, MSoS, Major Incidents, Technology Community etc.)

•    Effectively communicate with key stakeholders (through sprint reviews, project profile, hub, strategy calls, etc.)

•    Supporting Operations/Product team whenever required for smooth business operations in consultative capacity to take collaborative calls on critical client cases, root cause analysis, audit prioritization, lean projects, automation POCs & UAT

What We're Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

  • Have at least 5 years of work experience.

  • Proficient knowledge in SQL & MS Office.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-oriented mindset.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Exposure to automation tools.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet critical deadlines.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum process. Experience of working in Agile would be an added advantage.
